YES! YES! YES!
We are still accepting Vendors for the MARS 2010 Show!
Please contact us ASAP to secure your table.
Priority Registration for returning MARS Vendors was due by May 1, 2010. We offered returning vendors from our 2009 show first rights to tables for this year’s show, but due to the demand from New Vendors wishing to participate, tables will not be guaranteed to returning vendors who missed the May 1st deadline. Prior Vendors, if you have not done so already, please request & return the MARS Registration Form and non-refundable deposit of $50 per table ASAP.
Tables are $200 for the first table, $175 for additional tables. The balance of the table fees will be due no later than July 1, 2010. Tables that are not paid in full by the July 1st deadline will be released to waiting New Vendors as needed.
Only those Vendors who have paid-in-full will appear on the published MARS 2010 Vendor List.
If you have not paid for your tables, you will not be on the list until you do so.
Thank you!

The show rules are the same as in past years, and will be enforced. M.A.R.S. is a captive-born only show. No wild-caught, imported, venomous, rear-fanged, surgically-altered animals are allowed. Tables will be inspected. The Dept of Natural Resources will be at the show, so please keep in mind that DNR permits are required to sell animals native to MD. The sale of turtles/tortoises under 4” is prohibited under Federal and MD state law. No turtles under 4” can be brought (for sale or display) to the show. I also want to take this opportunity to remind all exhibitors that no green iguanas will be allowed at the show (for display or sale). It does not matter if they are farm raised, captive born, etc. Do not bring green iguanas under any circumstances. Thank you in advance for adherence to the show rules.
We have big plans to make this year’s show better than ever! As always, we continue to support rainforest conservation, and the promotion of proper animal husbandry and captive breeding. We have this new Website and a FaceBook Page - be sure to become a Fan and RSVP to the Event page! Reptiles Magazine will once again sponsor the Friday Evening Ice-Breaker. Returning this year, IAD (International Amphibian Days) will not only attend the show, but will be hosting a FREE lecture night with guest speakers after the Friday Evening Ice-Breaker. The Saturday Night Auction to Benefit the Rainforest is always a highlight of the show. You won’t want to miss it! Free seminars will also be held during the show, and we will once again have school children participate in the Reptiles & Rainforests Art Display. To help boost attendance on Sunday, we plan to partner with Baltimore County Schools by offering a “kids get in free with paying adult” pass on Sunday. And we're not stopping there... keep checking back to see what else we have planned! We welcome any suggestions, comments or ideas you might have to make MARS 2010 our best show yet. Please feel free to email or call us.
We look forward to working with all of our Vendors to have a very successful 2010 show!
